Pyramid Atlantic’s Exhibition Philosophy

Pyramid Atlantic is a significant and dynamic exhibition venue for cutting edge work by national and international artists in the media of printmaking, papermaking, book arts and digital media.

To that end, the philosophy of Pyramid Atlantic's exhibition program is to:

"support and energize regional artistic activities,
encourage work that is provocative and stimulating,
expand the range and definition of print, paper, book art, and digital media, particularly through engagement with other media,
inspire public participation as a vital component of the program, and
spark dialogue between the artist and the public about contemporary art, culture and society"

For 27 years, Pyramid has provided opportunities for the discovery and creation of these fine arts through imaginative exhibitions, workshops, and programs for people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. An artist-centered community with an international and local following, Pyramid Atlantic brings print, book, and paper arts to people all over the world.

Pyramid Atlantic is requesting proposals for consideration for our 2010 –2011 season. This opportunity is open to artists and independent curators.
