Oregon artist Margaret Prentice completed a suite of six beautiful images in collaboration with artistic staff and assistants during her residency in September 2006. Round in shape, each of the multi-colored images is based on a creative form called a mandala with added inspiration from Japanese Haiku. This handsome set can be framed or contemplated as a portfolio of sequential images.

Keisuke Yamamoto produced four elegant black and white lithographs during his two month fall residency at Pyramid Atlantic, sponsored by the Japanese Agency for Cultural Affairs. The delicately rendered images portray the home environment where Mr. Yamamoto lived during his stay in Silver Spring, MD.

Sea written and illustrated by Etel Adnan and Parents of Murdered Palestinian Boy Donates Organs to Israelis by Naomi Shihab Nye were produced at Pyramid Atlantic in fall 2006. Selected for their profound humanitarian content, the two poems wrapped together in a hand-bound folder were created for presentation at the Ninth Biennial Pyramid Atlantic Book Arts Fair and Conference
