Three new exhibitions; Shelter, Preconceived Notions, and The Daily Settlement will open jointly in the Pyramid Atlantic gallery.  The exhibitions explore humanity’s most basic need – in all its manifestations: the home, the psychology of personal space, current issues in the housing market, homelessness, the mortgage crisis and the loss of historic fabric. The exhibit will also honor local women who built homes for families in Silver Spring as part of Habitat for Humanities 1st annual “Women Build Week.”

The opening reception is on May 10th at 5:00 pm, with food provided by Eggspectation of Silver Spring.
