JUNE 10 - AUGUST 31, 2018 (Takoma Park, MD) Pyramid Atlantic opens Caesura Obscura, an installation of screenprinted banners bursting with color, pattern, and energy in a tiny outdoor gallery space. This is the second exhibition in Takoma Park’s Pump House Pop-Up Gallery created by Pyramid with funding from the City of Takoma Park Community Grants Program. Caseura Obscura opens June 10 with a reception from 2 – 4 pm. The exhibition runs through August, 2018. With Caesura Obscura, Clara creates a fantastical environment with imagined messages and stories left by a millennia of magical nomads and wayfarers mashed up into patterns and motifs representing both the natural and cosmic worlds. Saturday, May 26. 7 - 10 pm $10+ Suggested Donation Board Member and local Musician Adam Ortiz is hosting a house party for Pyramid featuring The Lauren Calve Band. How cool is that? Lauren Calve is a singer-songwriter steeped in American roots music and inspired by artists such as Patty Griffin, Bonnie Raitt, and Elmore James. May 11, 2018 - Speedball Demo

May 11th, 5 - 7pm Artist & Craftsman will be hosting a FREE demo at Pyramid Atlantic courtesy of Speedball. The demo will feature Artists Bill Fick and Carlos Hernandez creating a collaborative print with Speedball's professional relief and silkscreen inks. There will be FREE samples of both inks while supplies last.

May 24, 2018 - Members Only Event: Potato Print Greeting Card

May 24, 6 - 8 pm FREE for Members One potato, two potato, three potato....print! Try your hand at turning the humble spud into a printing medium worthy of lovely greeting cards. Participants may also bring along extra paper to make additional prints (washi and other smooth Japanese papers work well for this.) Seats are limited.
