An In-Studio Workshop!

Fabric is a fantastic and flexible substrate to print onto and can be translated into a great range of applications. This hands-on introductory class will provide instruction on the screenprinting process, specifically for fabric. You will learn about sourcing printing equipment and materials, preparing your personal artwork for screenprinting, various artistic printing methods, heat setting a printed image, and fabric care. No previous experience of screenprinting necessary!

Level: Beginner

Registration closes August 15, 2021 and includes a materials fee to cover consumable materials provided in class, including a brand new silkscreen for you to keep. Students will also need to supply additional items of their own—please see the workshop details for information. Upon registration, students will be given guidelines on how to source and/or create their images.

Please Note: (As of May 25, 2021)—While we are encouraged by the numbers reported locally and nationally, Pyramid is committed to the health of our artists and visitors. At this time, we are choosing to be more conservative than the local ordinances. We have increased our studio capacity numbers in some areas but will continue to operate the building at a reduced capacity and require mask wearing in all public spaces. Please contact us with any additional questions or concerns.
